- Guided yoga and breathwork session (1 hour)
- Horse interaction and mindfulness with horses (1 hour)
- Expressive art therapy workshop — all materials provided (1.5 hours)
- Reflection, journaling and closing circle (30 minutes)
- Certified yoga instructor, art therapist and equine coach
