Equine Safety and Welfare: Rider Assessment before mounting. CE-certified riding helmets mandatory for all riders. Horses highly trained for trail and mountain terrain, receiving regular veterinary checks.

Outdoor and Adventure Protocols: Certified Guides with deep knowledge of terrains. All lead guides are First Aid and CPR certified. Every excursion carries a wilderness first-aid kit and GPS devices. Weather Monitoring 24 hours 7 days.

Health, Hygiene and Emergency Response: Farm Interaction with strict hygiene protocols. Yoga and Art equipment sanitized before and after every session. Emergency Response Plan documented for all remote locations in Fujairah.

Booking Terms, Conditions and Membership Affiliation Agreement

Reservations: Minimum 48 hours notice required for all activities.

Inclusions: All safety gear, water, and light refreshments included unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations: 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours prior. 50% refund within 48 hours. No refund for No Shows.

Insurance: All activities covered by our comprehensive Public Liability Insurance.

Payment: Bank transfer or corporate card prior to activity commencement.

Membership Affiliation Agreement between Torus Legacy Holding and Extreme Equestrian Events and the Affiliate.

1. Scope of Services: The Provider grants the Affiliate Signature Member status for 12 months, with VIP access in Fujairah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.

2. Tier-Specific Inclusions: The selected tier is invoiced at the annual fee in AED including Strategy, Access with priority booking, and Networking through Majlis 2071.

3. Financial Terms: Fee payable in full upon signing. Additional activities at Member Rate with 20% discount. Fees non-refundable but transferable to immediate family members upon written approval.

4. Code of Conduct: Members uphold the principles of the Invisible Economy of Love, respecting animal well-being, the heritage of the land, and the privacy of fellow members.
