Public Liability Insurance. We maintain Public Liability covering all high-leisure activities — Horse Riding, Mountain Hiking, Overnight Camping. Coverage Limits. Policy meets requirements for international Tour Operators and DMCs operating within the UAE. Specific policy numbers available upon contract signing.
02 Equine Safety and Welfare
Rider Assessment. Every guest undergoes a mandatory safety briefing and skill assessment before mounting. Safety Gear. CE-certified riding helmets mandatory for all riders. Animal Health. Our horses are highly trained for trail and mountain terrain, receiving regular veterinary checks and farrier care to ensure they are fit for purpose.
03 Outdoor and Adventure Protocols
Certified Guides. All hiking and mountain activities are led by experienced guides with deep knowledge of the terrains. First Aid. All lead guides are First Aid and CPR certified. Every excursion carries a specialized wilderness first-aid kit and GPS communication devices. Weather Monitoring. We monitor Fujairah weather patterns heat and flash-flood risks 24/7. Activities are rescheduled or modified if conditions are deemed unsafe.
04 Health, Hygiene and Emergency Response
Farm Interaction. Mini Goat and Farm visits follow strict hygiene protocols, with hand-sanitizing stations before and after every animal contact. Yoga and Art. All equipment sanitized before and after every session. Emergency Response Plan. Documented ERP for all remote locations in Fujairah, including pre-mapped evacuation points and direct contact lines to local services.

Reservations. Minimum 48 hours notice required for all activities.
Inclusions. All safety gear helmets for riding, water, and light refreshments included unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations. 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours prior; 50% refund within 48 hours; no refund for No Shows.
Insurance. All activities are covered by our comprehensive Public Liability Insurance.
Payment. Bank transfer or corporate card prior to activity commencement.
Membership Affiliation Agreement — Between Torus Legacy Holding and the Affiliate.
1. Scope of Services. The Provider grants the Affiliate Signature Member status for 12 months, with VVIP access in the 7 emirates and 7 continents.
2. Tier-Specific Inclusions. The selected tier is invoiced at the annual fee in AED — Strategy: Quarterly/Monthly Vision Coaching with Maria Luiza Knoblauch. Access: priority booking, elite leasing. Networking: Majlis 2071.
3. Financial Terms. Fee payable in full upon signing. Additional activities invoiced at Member Rate 20% discount. Fees non-refundable but transferable to immediate family members upon written approval.
